Summary of walks from 2009 to 2025
The first table Total number of walkers lists the cumulative number of walkers participating in our walks on a year-by-year listing. This allows an easy assessment of the popularity of different grades of walk and a comparison from year to year. The list also shows the cumulative number of walkers for Saturday and Sunday walks.
The second table Number of walks lists the number of walks we have offered each year together with a breakdown of the grades of each walk. As with the previous list, the number of walks offered on a Saturday or Sunday is also shown.
The third table Average number of walkers shows the average number of walkers who have joined a walk. This is listed for each year and divided into all walks as well as individual grades of walk. Finally, it shows the number of walks on Saturday or Sunday.
The fourth table Total number of walkers as % shows the same information as the first table (Total number of walkers) but expressed as a percentage of the cumulative number of walkers.
The final table Number of walks as % shows the same information as the second table (Number of walks) but expressed as a percentage of the total number of walks. Year-by-Year analysis of Walks (2008 to 2025) The Year-by-Year analysis of Walks (2008 to 2025) report has a separate table for each year from 2007 to 2025. Each table shows the average number of walkers, number of walks and number of cancelled walks for which there was no alternative offered. This information is displayed for all walks and for each different grade of walk.

Year-by-Year analysis of Walks (2008 to 2025)
The Year-by-Year analysis of Walks (2008 to 2025) report has a separate table for each year from 2008 to 2025. Each table shows the average number of walkers, number of walks and number of cancelled walks for which there was no alternative offered. This information is displayed for all walks and for each different grade of walk.
