The Millport Mineral Well
This well, or more accurately spring, was officially opened in 1928 by the wife of Lord Inverclyde
Trig point, indicator panel and The Glaid Stone at the highest point on Great Cumbrae (127m)
The Glaid Stone is a large glacial erratic of red sandstone deposited by a glacier during the last ice-age

Millport Cathedral – also called The Cathedral of the Isles
The smallest working cathedral in Britain. Building work was completed in 1851 and the building consecrated in 1876
