Crossing the Ledard Burn as we climbed towards Ben Venue
After reaching the Bealach we followed the undulating path towards Ben Venue
Looking back to Beinn Bhreac as we continued our climb to Ben Venue
Our efforts were rewarded with wonderful views in all directions from the east top of Ben Venue. Here we see Ben Ledi with Loch Achray and Loch Venachar
Looking in the opposite direction we see Loch Katrine, Loch Arklet and Loch Tinder
We stopped on the east top of Ben Venue for lunch and the customary group photograph before crossing to the summit
Leaving the summit behind and starting the descent
Almost back at our starting point having crossed the Ledard Burn and heading back to the woodland
