Ochils Circular Hill Walk from Dollar

The walk started at Dollar Glen Car Park and followed the boardwalk towards Castle Campbell. Following the recent rain, the waterfalls along the route looked spectacular
We continued along a well-formed path leading towards Saddle Hill
A rushing stream flowed through the lush green landscape around us
More waterfalls appeared along the route, and the clear pools looked very inviting
After leaving the woodland, we faced our first climb: Saddle Hill. As promised in the walk description, the ascent was steep and provided a good test of our fitness. We took a breather and looked back at the route we had climbed
The rain began, but the group of five were still smiling beside the cairn at the summit of Saddle Hill
We bagged Whitewisp Hill, but the rain became heavier
After thoroughly testing our waterproof gear, the group made a joint decision to return to the car park for everyone's well-being. Farewell, Saddle Hill—we shall see you again on a better day
